PRODUCT WARRANTY

Replacement of the device is done only when it is impossible to repair it. In this case, the company may replace it with another, the same or corresponding technical characteristics, of the same or different manufacturer. In case of inability to repair or replace a product that is under warranty, the company's obligation is limited to the price paid for the purchase of the product.
• Repairing the device does not extend the warranty period from the original purchase date.
• The product warranty only covers the repair of the damage and does not provide the right to any other compensation.
• The way and the costs of transport from and to the company as well as the possible insurance of the products are the choice and exclusive responsibility of the customer.
• Our company has the ability to solve any technical question about the product. Thus, the arbitrary choice of use outside the operating limits mentioned in the instructions for use / installation or installation of the device is the responsibility of the customer.

WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER

11. Οι επισκευές πραγματοποιούνται από την ΤΕΧΝΟΛΥΣΗ-HTS. Ο πελάτης δεν επιτρέπεται να αναθέτει την εκτέλεση επισκευών σε τρίτους. Σε μια τέτοια περίπτωση δεν δικαιούται να αξιώνει αποζημίωση για το κόστος επισκευής.

REPAIR TERMS   ΤΙΜΟΚΑΤΑΛΟΓΟΣ – SERVICE

1. Έλεγχος συσκευής εκτός εγγύησης                             15€ 
(Μετά τον έλεγχο, θα ενημερωθεί ο πελάτης εάν είναι επισκευάσιμη η συσκευή, για το κόστος και χρόνο επισκευής).
2. Έλεγχος συσκευής εντός εγγύησης χωρίς βλάβη     15€
3. Επισκευή συσκευής εκτός εγγύησης – κατόπιν συνεννόησης

ΠΑΡΑΤΗΡΗΣΕΙΣ

• Οι τιμές περιλαμβάνουν ΦΠΑ 24%
• Οι συσκευές ελέγχονται μόνο για την βλάβη που αναφέρεται από τον πελάτη κατά την είσοδο στο service,
• Πριν την αποστολή θα προηγείτε επικοινωνία Τηλεφωνική ή με e-mail και θα δίνεται αριθμός RMA που θα γράφετε καθαρά στο εξωτερικό μέρος της συσκευασίας (δίπλα στην διεύθυνση αποστολής).
• Συσκευές οι οποίες δεν συνοδεύονται απο αριθμό RMA και από λεπτομερή περιγραφή της βλάβης, δεν θα παραλαμβάνονται στο service και θα επιστρέφονται στον πελάτη με δικά του έξοδα.
• Μετά  την παρέλευση 15 ημερών απο την ημέρα αγοράς, η μεταφορά των προς επισκευή προϊόντων, γίνεται με ευθύνη και έξοδα του αγοραστή.
• Απαραίτητη προϋπόθεση για την παροχή της εγγύησης είναι η προσκόμιση (πρωτότυπο ή αντίγραφο) του παραστατικού αγοράς.
• Σε περίπτωση που ο αγοραστής αμφισβητεί ότι η βλάβη σε προϊόν εντός εγγύησης δεν προκλήθηκε από λάθος συνδεσμολογία, υπέρβαση τροφοδοσίας, υπερτάσεις τηλεφωνικού δικτύου, κεραυνούς, έκθεση σε ακραίες συνθήκες, κακή χρήση γενικότερα, αλλά είναι ελαττωματικό το ίδιο το προϊόν, τότε ο αγοραστής μπορεί να ζητήσει να αποσταλεί το προϊόν στην κατασκευάστρια εταιρεία με δικά του έξοδα για την εξακρίβωση του τρόπου πρόκλησης της βλάβης.

• Σε προϊόντα που για στην λειτουργία τους περιλαμβάνεται η αποστολή MMS ή E-mail όπως οι κάμερες Κυνηγού/Μελισσοκόμου, η εταιρεία μας δεν έχει καμία ευθύνη για την σωστή λειτουργία των MMS/Email λόγω ρυθμίσεων ή απαιτήσεων παρόχου π.χ. Google.
  Η επιλογή παρόχου email, η δημιουργία λογαριασμού και οι αντίστοιχες ρυθμίσεις είναι ευθύνη και υποχρέωση του κατόχου της κάμερας και η αδυναμία αποστολής φωτογραφιών μέσω email από την κάμερα δεν αποτελεί πρόβλημα της κάμερας.
